"Hi, My husband and I switched State Farm offices from Cincinnati Ohio to Florence Kentucky and we are so pleased we chose Cindy Cason’s office. We were asked by Cindy to meet and get to know each other and we met Chris Jett. We began just getting to know each other and we went through our policies to see if what we have in our policies was correct and if there were any changes we wanted to make, we are very happy with our policies. We started talking about past claims and if there was anything that we had questions or concerns about them and Chris listened to us and the last claim we made we weren’t happy with the way it was finalized but we didn’t think that there was any more to be done about it. We talked with Chris more about it and he looked into it further and found that there was some confusion in how it was handled so he followed up with the claims department and in the end we were eligible for more money! "State Farm has been my insurance of choice since I first started driving. Each agent office I have worked with for 25 years has been warm, welcoming and supportive. From home, to auto, to multiple other policies they have helped me navigate each step with confidence and ease. While you hope that you never have to use an auto policy when you put one in place I did find myself in a position recently where I was in a collision with another SF policy holder. Despite what felt like it could be conflict of interest David guided me through each step of the claim process. At a time when I was most in need of guidance and help he patiently sat with me and helped answer each question, sat on the phone with me to help move the process forward and provided next steps and suggestions. I always have a lot of questions and David was able to answer these for me. Despite it being a serious incident I can say that nearly everything is wrapped up 2 weeks later and I owe a lot of gratitude to David and all staff of this branch.
